Question 1: what is the playthrough counted on?
Two common versions exist. The requirement may apply to the bonus alone, or to the bonus plus the deposit. On a C$100 deposit with a C$100 match at 30x, the first gives C$3,000 of required bets and the second C$6,000. If the terms are vague, ask for the exact formula.
Question 2: which games count, and by how much?
Look for a weighting table. Slots often count in full, while roulette, blackjack and live games can count for a small share or be excluded. Also check for a list of banned slots and a top bet per spin or hand while the bonus is active.
Question 3: when is ID checked?

What is a good question to put to support?
Make it narrow and answerable in writing, for example: is the wagering calculated on the bonus only or on bonus plus deposit, and which games are excluded? Narrow questions get usable replies. Ask for the answer by email, or save the chat transcript with its date.
Can I cash out before I finish the wagering?
