Editorial standards and how corrections work at NBN Casinos

The ground rules for what we publish, so you can decide how much weight to give it.

The short version

Operators cannot buy rank or edit our reviews. Facts come from operator sites, regulator registers and official reference pages, and anything we cannot confirm is flagged or left out. Writing tools may help with drafts, the editor in chief signs off, and you can request corrections by email to [email protected].

These are the rules behind the pages you read. They help you judge how far to trust us and show how to ask for a change.

The policy is a living document. When our practice changes, so does this page.

Independence

Placement, scores and review text are editorial calls. Operators cannot purchase a position or rewrite our content. If a commercial agreement exists, we describe it in /en-ca/affiliate-notice/.

Where facts come from

We compare operators' own pages with regulators' registers and official reference sites, and list outside sources at the foot of each page. A detail we cannot verify is either flagged or omitted. We do not claim real-money tests we did not run. The scoring side is explained in /en-ca/our-method/.

Use of writing software

Software may help draft and organize text. The editor in chief answers for the final version, and every factual statement must be checkable.

How corrections work

Spotted a mistake or an out-of-date detail? Email [email protected] with the page address and the passage. We look at every report and, when it holds up, fix the page and change its date. Serious errors go first.

Conflicts of interest

The editor in chief founded QMIX Digital, an SEO agency, and we mention it so you know where his experience comes from. Any tie to an operator would be declared on that operator's pages.

What happens to old pages?

Pages with outdated information are revised or retired. We would rather show an update date and a corrected paragraph than leave a stale statement online, especially on payments, licences and legal topics.

Common questions

Can an operator get a review changed?

No. Operators cannot edit reviews or buy scores. They may send factual corrections, and we check them against public sources before touching a page. Our commercial agreements are described in the affiliate notice, which is separate from the editorial process.

How often are pages revisited?

From time to time, with the update date shown on each page. Offers, licences and payment lists move quickly, so confirm current details with the operator before registering. If something looks stale, tell us by email and we will look at it promptly.
